2000 Howell Mountain Cabernet Franc

Tasting Notes

It is exotic, violet scented perfume in a smoky room, or all girl-next-door, ripe, fresh and youthful? Imagine a bit of both, with some cocoa and leather thrown in for fun and you've just about got it. Sweet oak over a core of velvety tannin completes the picture. This mountain grown Cabernet Franc is something of a chameleon, a bit of Bordeaux, the Loire and Howell Mountain in your glass. Open a bottle for a group of wine enthusiasts and passionate conversation is sure to follow!
