2000 Howell Mountain Selection
Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting Notes

The epitome of Howell Mountain terroir. Ripe plum, blackberry briar and a mouthful of juicy blueberry temper the rustic charm that made Howell Mountain famous. Modest French oak contributes texture as well a distinct allspice note. The fruit promised in the nose delivers in the mouth, making this Selection surprisingly approachable now (especially in your approach includes a steak and baked potato!)
