1998 17th Anniversary Release
Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting Notes

Our 1998 estate wine is a Cabernet that shows how very good a wine can be even in a difficult year. It has excellent varietal definition and powerful phenolics that promise a long life, yet the tannins are more tame than in some previous vintages allowing enjoyment earlier on. We aged it in 100% new French oak barrels to perfect this wonderful wine.
